Shipping Policy
Please note that
our $5 flat rate shipping is for domestic US orders
and there is no charge for orders over $200.
Please call for International rates.
Domestic orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage and take 2-6 days on average.
Orders received before 2PM Central time usually go out the same day.
(Additional shipping fees apply to exceptionally
large or heavy items) Return Policy
Any order can be subject to 20% re-stocking fee charges.
This is for returns or cancelled orders. No returns without proper authorization.
Exchanges will be made for faulty equipment/products
that is reported
within 30 days after
receipt of product.
All sales are final.
Any international orders that are cancelled after packed will be charged 20% restocking fee.
These fees are in addition to actual shipping charges.
